Now I give you the information to make this nail art!
- Essence Colour Arts Nail Base Coat
- deBBY colorPLAY fluo 05 Green
- Crushed Velvet Limeade Flock
- Apply Base Coat (let dry).
- Apply green nail polish (don't let dry).
- Place the velvet flock on a paper sheet.
- Dip your nail in the vlvet flock.
- Remove excess and seal the edges with top coat.
